Purpose: Lead financial planning, decision support and BPM processes with the wineries and DC&E plant sites. Plan and manage DC&E operational overhead cost base of $135m; liaise with Norwalk center on $25m in commercial overheads. Provide clear, concise reporting on key drivers in wines operational spend. Provide decision support for large scale DC&E operational projects and work closely with supply & demand planning team on inventory optimization. Complexity of Role: Owns the end to end financial processes (planning, analysis, reporting) across $160m in DC&E overheads. Must be able to work in a cross-functional environment and develop relationships with internal DC&E stakeholders including winery site leads. The role manages multiple stakeholders across various levels in DC&E organization and also manages sometimes conflicting priorities in $160 million in various overhead investments. Key Outputs/Deliverables: Produce thorough and robust plans and analyses while meeting timelines set forth; Identify, communicate and propose solutions to key business issues for the business; Generate insights on current business performance and work cross functionally to optimize performance; Identify, develop and implement improvements in processes across the planning and analysis function specifically as it relates to wineries; Develop accurate financial forecasts; Exhibit proactive leadership in driving awareness and action toward key objectives; delivery of insight led decision support analyses Experience: Bachelors Degree, Finance or Accounting Preferred; 5-8 years minimum experience working in finance function; MBA desired; wine industry experience preferred but not required; High Systems Proficiency and Strong Excel Skills Finance Manager, Decision Support & Winery Finance, DC & E
