Lead imported Vodkas, Tequila and Gin agenda in Brazil - one of the
fastest growing markets in the world. The candidate must create, manage
and implement brand strategies to drive value, achieve brand awareness,
equity, volume and profit objectives based on superb understanding of
the market, consumer motivations, marketing and also supply chain and
RTM. Manage different agencies and understanding of new marketing, as
digital and influencer programs, are key to build this brand,.
Context:
We need to recruit new consumers from champagne, wine and premium
spirits, and establish Ciroc nad Ketel One as the reference in life
style at high energy moments and cocktail culture environment where
imported vodkas are growing much faster than standard.
Key outputs:
Brands Equity / Volume / Profit achievement. Definition and delivery of
the annual brand plans (GAME). Deliver the work of innovation
marketing, digital agenda and PR amplification. Understand and detect
consumer insights and motivations with clear implications to drive the
business. Embed the marketing internal codes DMC & DWBB tools within
the organization. Share best practices, learn from others too. Ensures
A&P effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Business Administration or Marketing. Experience in
consumer marketing (CPG companies) in marketing position creating
campaigns and activation. Implementing only global activation does not
deliver the skills. Fluent in English (oral & written) to be able to
join conference calls and discuss plans with the Global Brand Team,
fluent in portuguese or spanish in order to manage the day by day
including conversations with clients and the sales team, good computer
skills. Skills: Good interpersonal / communication / negotiating /
numerical /analytical skills. Excellent report writing and presentation
skills. Decision taking. Team Player. Priorities setting. Consider
problems from multiple perspectives and bring innovative thinking. Lead
projects. Self-Motivated and Motivator of people. Commercial astute.
Available to attend evening events, to travel to other regions of Brazil
and abroad occasionally. Ability to understand customers and willing to
help negotiations, understand luxury drivers and upper-class customers
trends are also needed.
