Responsibilities
- Optimisation of enzymes in engineered metabolic pathways by applying existing and emerging tools in protein engineering.
- Coordination of and technical input into collaborative enzyme and pathway engineering projects with external parties.
- PhD in Enzymology, Biochemistry or related discipline.
- Proven track record of exceptional insights into protein engineering utilizing a variety of protein engineering tools, including both experimental and computational tools.
- Experience in small scale protein purification and characterization of recombinant proteins.
