  • The Senior Brand Manager delivers the short and medium term strategic goals of Western Europe (NSV / CAAP / GM / Market Share) for a specific brand or brand variant to outperforms the competition and delivers against equity targets.

  • Leads the development of a clear vision and simple strategy for the Brand

  • Strategies are translated into focused, differentiated and commercially relevant GAME plans that can be executed easily across multiple countries.

  • Stakeholders in the country teams are consulted to gain alignment and input.

Essential qualifications / experience required

  • 7+ years marketing experience

  • Demonstrates strategic thinking and translation of strategies into differentiated plans

  • Demonstrates a restlessness in understanding best practice combined with a successful track record of marketing innovation

  • Good Relationship skills: proven ability to influence across functions and countries

  • Can procure and deploy expert resources from colleagues, agencies and partners to create breakthrough outcomes
