To ensure all Below the Line (BTL) activities are aligned with the Consumer and Customer Insights as developed by the Brand Teams and the Commercial Plan

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

               

·         Minimum Bachelor degree in business or related field

·         Minimum 3 years experience in Sales or Marketing with good track record.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

As Category Manager, you should be able to:

·         Plan and implement BTL activities against the agreed Activity Goal on time and on budget.

·         Work alongside the aligned brand team; provide strong commercial input into GAME plans to build up the ONE PLAN.

·         Input into development of Trade Strategy and Commercial Plan.

·         Develop and approve pre activity scope for BTL activity.

·         Drive development and completion of Pre & post activity Measurement & Evaluation (with relevant Brand Manager, Decision Support – MAR and Sales Administration).

·         Uses internal and external resources flexibly balancing quality versus speed of response.

CAPABILITIES

You will need to have:

·         Strategic/cross functional ability to understand the Company brand strategies and interpret into practical value creating commercial priorities.

·         Good interpersonal communication skills

·         Performance objectives direct towards business objectives.

·         Ability to garner wide support quickly from sales and marketing departments.

·         Ability to plan strategically.

You will also need to be:

·         A good communicator

·         Dynamic and committed

·         Credible with external and internal partners;

·         Computer literate (Microsoft office),

·         Good driver with a valid license

·         Team player

·         Fluent English and French
