To orchestrate the critical Organisation and People levers to deliver breakthrough business performance.

Top 3-5 Accountabilities: |
· Develop
and achieve the Organisation & People annual operating plan for the
business unit / function, taking into account local priorities and
global O&P strategy
· Diagnose and deliver full talent interventions (quality, diversity and depth) against business needs
· Define, communicate and action specific capability requirements for the business unit / function

Qualifications and Experience Required: |
· Essential
commercial insight and experience. Preferable if gained through
cross-functional working. Demonstrates numerical and financial skills.
· Change management experience.
· Ability to take commercial insights and translate into the Organisation & People agenda to influence the business.
· Proven ability to persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions.
· Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills within a process environment.
· Consultancy skills, specifically diagnosis and contracting. Experience in planning and orchestrating available resources.
· Excellent coaching and relationship building skills. Demonstrates a track record as a valued coach and peer in the business.
· Broad awareness and empathy for the Talent, Reward and OE agendas.
· Degree level qualification.
