Purpose of Role

This role will support office administration Manager to manage all company events. Help to manage budget and seeking more effective way to manage the events and to be a central main point  among PA/admin team of company wider events/workshops
 

Top 3-5 Accountabilities

Key outputs
-       Support all companywide events and if any GC workshops or AP workshops happened in Shanghai (ie. Company annual event, CNY party, happy hour, DLPP, DCDP, Family day)
-       Welfare committee which include
- whole year plan execution
- budget control
- Regional office coordination(HK/BJ/CD/GZ/SZ)
- Family/BBS Wall
- All other events lead by Welfare committee
-       Event centralize management so we could make sure we have cost control 
-       Visa coordinator for all travelers who without PA support
-       Support local hire employees to renew work visa
-       Manage HRG monthly expense and PO arrangement which include DCL/DSL/CWS
-       Vendor management(which include HRG, Visa Agency, PR agency, hotel)
-       Projects follow up
- work closely with IS for meeting room system problems
- work with Procurement on HRG complains and improvements
-       All other administrative tasks and co-ordinate among PA/Admin team as requested
 


Qualifications and Experience Required

-          Experience in a administration or eventorganization and coordination preferred
-          Experience in hotel hospitality/Catering Service is preferred
-          Good English both in written and oral
-          Good execution 
-          Good communication skill
-          Highly details oriented and proactive
-          Good interpersonal skill with quick response
