We are seeking a leader for our flagship publication: Terms of Reference Magazine(www.termsofreferencemagazine.com).
Terms Of Reference Magazine is a monthly publication that shares compelling personal stories of development and humanitarian aid delivery in a beautifully designed eMagazine (online and iPad/iPhone) format.
We want you to be a highly motivated and experienced professional who has been busting at the seams to lead the future development and growth of a publication like TOR. Ideally, you’ll have a proven track record with:
- Media, communications and publications
- The growth and nurturing of online communities
- Effective and engaging use of social media
It is also important that you can demonstrate:
- A solid foundation with Wordpress, its associated functionality and relative opportunities
- A passion for mobile technologies (think Apps)
- A refined understanding of the development and humanitarian aid universe
Perhaps most importantly, however, to work best with our team, you need to be entrepreneurial at the core and have a passion for turning ideas into tangible products and services that offer incredibly high value for others.

We’re based in Washington, DC, but pride ourselves in our virtuosity. We have representatives in the Middle East, Latin American and Africa. We’d love to work with you in person, but we welcome applications from anywhere in the world.
