Essential requirements	You must be a graduate as of February 2014 in the field of Engineering, Agriculture, Facilities Management or Transport & Logistics Management You must have strong leadership potential with a strong record of leadership experience and demonstration of communication ability and critical thinking. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbally Extracurricular activities that demonstrate leadership potential will be highly regarded
