Supporter Thanking and Engagement Volunteer

This volunteer role supporting ActionAid’s Community Fundraising Team is a great opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable work experience in a major international NGO.
Join us and you will help run our Supporter Care programme increasing supporter commitment by contacting fundraisers to thank them for their fundraising work and encouraging them to engage further with our work. Whether phoning or writing personalised ‘thank-you’ cards to supporters you will be at the heart of the action. You will also gather quotes and stories from fundraisers to support future marketing as well as record communications on our database.
You will have an interest in international development and/or fundraising as well as strong PC and communication skills. Highly organised, you will be able to work on your own initiative and are comfortable managing admin systems. You will also need good written and spoken English.
