About the role
The new role is Health Financing Advisor will join the Health Markets Team and Health Financing sub-team to support global leadership in advancing our Health Financing agenda as well as provide technical assistance to country programmes in Health Financing.
This strategic role will bring a specific focus on supporting the Marie Stopes Society (Pakistan) in Health Financing during a phase of remarkable growth. Close collaboration with the Pakistan team is envisioned, with level of effort to Pakistan estimated to be 50%.
About you
We see you bring to the role:
•Experience working in health financing in a developing country environment ideally with experience for Pakistan’s health sector
•Substantial experience of implementing innovative health financing approaches and knowledge of global healthcare financing
•Experienced with health economics in practice; analytic modelling; cost-effectiveness analysis
• Pro-choice on abortion
