Bilingual Human Resources Specialist, Employee Relations & Recruitment

We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Professional to provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers regarding complex employee relations and people management issues. This individual will also provide full cycle recruitment support to our business locations throughout Canada, with a focus on Ontario and Quebec. Travel to Sandvik locations across Canada is required as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or the equivalent experience
• At least 8 years in a Human Resources Generalist role with a focus on employee relations and people development
• CHRP certification preferred
• English-French bilingual proficiency required, both verbal and written
• Exemplary communication skills and professional demeanor
• Full cycle recruitment
• Proven ability providing change management and performance management guidance
• Demonstrated experience applying employment standards and labour legislation
• Sense of urgency and time management

Previous experience in manufacturing environments, the Mining industry and/or Sales & Marketing an asset
