BGA Turboprops is an integral part of GE Aviation’s legacy of more than a century of turboprop and turboshaft engine manufacture, which includes more than 16,000 engines currently in service and more than 87 million flight hours to date.
You will be responsible for achieving Sales targets, revenue growth from MRO services and new engines sales, and overall customer satisfaction in assigned region. South America represents a significant growth region, therefore, you will be driving also new customer onboarding process. The position is based in Sao Paolo, Brazil.
Understand the market of agriculture, commuter and private/corporate segments, develop the expertise on the local market actors and competitors.
Establish and maintain contact with local CAA offices and protect GEAC product against non-authorized service centers.
Proactively support and drive performance of GEAC external service network, support service center onboarding and manage information flow between Service Centers and GEAC
Actively carry out the Entry Into Service process for new engines in the region and establish relationship with the new customers
Bring the voice of customers back into GEAC and drive follow up actions
Responsible for all aspects of MRO contract management, including proposal, pricing decisions, risk mitigation, compliance, customer negotiations
Drive active communication through internal organization to ensure the fulfillment of the contract terms and manage contractual issues that arise over the life of the project
Propose improvements of our services based on market data collection and customer feedback
Responsible for customer satisfaction
Master Degree in Engineering, ideally combined with commercial experience.
Minimum 3 years active role in aviation MRO services or customer & product support
Successful track record in achieving commercial objectives Proven sales and negotiating skills; over 5 years Sales experience in aviation segment
Experience and knowledge of BGA market and turboprop engines is advantage
Must be an excellent communicator both verbally and in written form in Spanish and English; Portuguese is an advantage
Excellent motivation and interpersonal skills
Skilled at collecting customer feedback and identifying market trends to propose improvements of our services
As working remotely from GEAC headquarter, proven capability of working effectively via phone and email
