Sandvik has presented a new Human Resources (HR) delivery model and organizational structure. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) has been introduced and will be a very important role for us to enable a high-performance organization by working closely with the business. The main focus is to support the business strategy and aligned people priorities.
We are now looking for two HRBPs for SMS Production in Gimo Sweden. While the location for these positions is Gimo, they will require travel within Sweden and elsewhere in the global organization, for projects supporting a high-performance production organization.
Key performance areas
As HRBP you will be responsible for enhancing organizational performance and the business from an HR viewpoint. This includes supporting strategic initiatives, contributing in establishing the roadmap for the future of SMS Production and creating synergies with other Sandvik entities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for performance management, talent and succession management, diversity & inclusion and HR controlling. You will also support managers in change initiatives by offering expertise and tools. All of this work ensures compliance with global policies.
As HRBP you will:
- Take full ownership of the HR delivery model and maintain a close dialogue and cooperation with HR Services to make sure the business receives high-quality service
- Handle the dialogue and negotiations with the work councils in organizational matters that concern your area of responsibility
- Be a member in one of the production or supporting functions management teams in Gimo
You report to the HRBP for SMS Production Sweden.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in HR or a similar field and wide experience from the area. Experience from leading change management and from strategic HR is required in this position, in addition to country labor legislation knowledge. You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
As a person you have strong integrity and confidence, encourage improvements, deliver results, and are able to balance being a part of a management team and challenging the same. You are also a role model with respect to people management and bring an inclusive perspective to your work.
