This is an exciting opportunity to play a part in WaterAid’s work providing sustainable access to safe water and sanitation in developing countries across the world. If you are passionate about making a difference and have excellent data analysis skills then we want to hear from you. 
This exciting new role is based in WaterAid's Programme Support Unit (PSU) in London, responsible for ensuring programmatic and technical excellence across the organisation. 
In this key global role, you will be responsible for the in depth analysis of a wide range of information generated by our programme for learning and reflection, fundraising and communications. Working closely with the 23 country programmes and four regional teams across the organisation, you will support the development of analytical tools and techniques for effective decision making and provide effective capacity development programme towards the achievement of WaterAid's organisational strategy.
With a track record of analysing a wide range of data for decision-making and learning, translating the needs of key stakeholders into data solutions, you will have extensive experience of using relational database and analysis packages and working with large and complex data sets as well as a good working knowledge of SQL Server and Analysis Services. A skilled problem solver with excellent critical thinking, you will be strategically-minded, innovative and dynamic. An inspirational leader with proven abilty to work in a diverse and multicultural team and translate complex concepts in a simple way for various audiences.
