Job purpose:
The Sales-technical representative in Russia will be responsible to develop sales and market share in the assigned area accordingly to the plan developed with the Sales Director in line with the global Dormer and Pramet strategy for Russia while guaranteeing an efficient technical support to Dormer/Pramet customers and other colleagues from a sales team.
The key-responsibilities are:
  • To develop sales and market shares in the assigned area accordingly with the plan and with the Dormer Group Strategyensuring that maximum value added is delivered to and from both existing customers and new customers (incl. Distributors).
  • To identifyand to visit all nowadays and potential customers topromote our product, to offer training and technical support on high-tech application development and service productivity issues.
  • To offer a full, effective and efficient technical support and advice to Dormer customers in the assigned area.
The position is preferably located in Moscow.
Profile
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience on the job (cutting tools applications and sales)
  • Russian market knowledge is an advantage
  • Knowledge of English
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Problem-solving and sales attitude
  • Planning and organization skills and ability to work under pressure according to targets
