Finance in Motion is seeking an Intern - Strategy, Planning, Asset-Liability Management. S/he will be responsible for working in the field related to development finance and international cooperation. This position is based out of Frankfurt.
Finance in Motion is seeking an Intern - Strategy, Planning, Asset-Liability Management. S/he will be responsible for working in the field related to development finance and international cooperation. This position is based out of Frankfurt.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support organization's handling of a broad range of topics including operational and strategic business planning for organization's advised fund mandates, asset-liability management for these funds, new fund product development, and fund structuring;
- Prepare management briefings and board meetings and also participate as a team.
Qualifications:
- Studies of/University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance or Business Administration;
- Experience in one of the following or related areas like audit (financial institutions, investment funds or similar), ALM/treasury, investment banking, debt capital markets, private equity or management consultancy;
- Affinity to numbers and a sound understanding of international accounting standards;
- Interest in developing/transition economies, regions, and cultures;
- Strong written and spoken English skills;
- Sound analytical skills and the ability to approach issues and solve problems in a practical manner;
- Strong communication and intercultural skills as well as being a strong team player.
