SAP BW / HANA Program & Engagement Manager

Our Client - Successful Global SAP Partner Specializing In SAP BW, HANA and Analytics. This role can be based anywhere in the US but will involve travel.

Job Description - This is your opportunity to get involved in a premier SAP Partner that is setting up their brand new operations in the US. You will reporting to the US Lead.

As a key new employee your role will be two fold:

1. SAP Project/Program Manager for fresh SAP BW and SAP HANA projects across North America

2. Presales responsibilities spotting new opportunities within current clients and bringing in new clients to help expand the business

Projects include migrations of mature BW Finance environment onto SAP HANA. This is your chance to work on one of the largest HANA systems in the world all with CIO-level visibility and tight timeframes.

You will also have the chance to deal with highly experience and quality resources in a customer-centric environment.

Candidate Requirements - For this role you must have a strong background in Project and Program Management as well as previous experience of SAP project pre sales within a consulting firm. You must be able to demonstrate the gravitas need for this sort of role to ensure customer projects are a success. You must also manage margins and budgets and execute on opportunities to sell-on additional work into customers

For this role you should have Project Management qualifications in  PMP or Prince2 and knowledge of ASAP Methodology or Solution Manager. You must have a successful track record in delivering fixed-price projects on time and to budget.

You must also have at least 6 years of SAP BW experience as a technical consultant or manager (ideally both).

You should be self-starting, motivational and enthusiastic, have a desire to help grow a consulting practice and a detail-oriented with an eye for financials.
