HSE - Well Intervention

Our Client - Is one of the world's most experienced well control company's. Currently they are looking to identify HSE Specialist for their team in Asia.

Job Description - Maintain working knowledge of critical HSE activities including :

• Auditing,
• Preparing prevention/contingency plans ERP and BCP
• Training matrixes and training modules
• Good knowledge of well control equipment
• Conduct and participate in RMS audits
• Conduct cold eye reviews (CER)
• Deliver on the job training/mentoring
• Organize/provide specialized training (project, client, etc)
• Facilitate /monitor HAZID and SIMOPS
• Review procedures for adequacy and accuracy
• Conduct physical inspections
• Facilitate incident investigations (as specialist assistance where required)

Candidate Requirements -

• Minimum 10 years experience in Health, Safety and Environmental regulatory compliance with minimum of 5 years experience in direct oil exploration/production facets. 
• Working exposures to onshore and off shore drilling/production operations and facilities.
• Maintain specialist level of knowledge with applicable regulations as they pertain to oil and gas industry.
• Maintain ability and confidence to lead meetings and presentations with a full spectrum of the workforce ranging from on-location work crews to senior level executives.
• Must be self motivated, require minimal oversight, resourceful and be able to adapt to changing working conditions and locations.
• Maintain very good research, communication and presentation skills.
• A working knowledge of domestic & foreign regulations.
• Maintain current certificates in applicable safety fields with teaching credentials preferred.
• Maintain accreditation with advanced HSE subject matter (NEBOSH, COSS, CHMM, etc.)
