The Federation of European Securities Exchanges (FESE) is a European Association representing 40 exchanges in equities, bonds, derivatives and commodities through 20 full members from 30 countries, as well as 1 Affiliate Member and 1 Observer Member from non-EU markets.
FESE is looking for a Full-time Administrative Assistant. We are offering an exciting opportunity for a professional experience in an international environment, including the following functions:
- Support to the Director General and the members of the team;
 - Office management and coordinating office maintenance;
 - Arrange meeting facilities;
 - Prepare minutes after meetings;
 - Arrange travel;
 - Update and manage our contact database;
 - Handle telephone inquiries.
 
Applicants should:
- Be able to work in a team and in a multicultural environment;
 - Possess good organisational skills;
 - Have the ability to meet strict deadlines;
 - Possess excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint);
 - Have good written and spoken French and English;
 - Experience in basic accountancy is a plus!
 - Experience in an administrative role is recommended.
