The Federation of European Securities Exchanges (FESE) is a European Association representing 40 exchanges in equities, bonds, derivatives and commodities through 20 full members from 30 countries, as well as 1 Affiliate Member and 1 Observer Member from non-EU markets. 

FESE is looking for a Full-time Administrative Assistant. We are offering an exciting opportunity for a professional experience in an international environment, including the following functions:
  • Support to the Director General and the members of the team;
  • Office management and coordinating office maintenance;
  • Arrange meeting facilities;
  • Prepare minutes after meetings;
  • Arrange travel;
  • Update and manage our contact database;
  • Handle telephone inquiries.

Applicants should:

  • Be able to work in a team and in a multicultural environment;
  • Possess good organisational skills;
  • Have the ability to meet strict deadlines;
  • Possess excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Have good written and spoken French and English;
  • Experience in basic accountancy is a plus!
  • Experience in an administrative role is recommended.
