Reports to: Accounts and Finance Manager
a) Duties
Assist in revenue collection;
Assist to receive and keep in proper custody all bills, invoices and pending payment.
Assist in maintenance of cheque registers
Assist to prepare petty cash payment vouchers
Assist to maintains account records, prepares claims and returns
Carries out pre-payment examination of invoices, bills, and other claims.
Assist to prepare payment vouchers and cheques and posts them in the Vote book,
Issues receipts and keeps in safe custody all accounts and supporting documents pending scrutiny.
Perform any other duties as per superior's directives
b)Required Qualifications
Holders of Form IV NI certificate, with NABE II OR ATEC I Certificates.
