Facilities Management System (FMS) Call Center Operator This position is a Facilities Call Center Operator, responsible for answering all general off-lot operator calls and Facilities/Operations related calls. This person will direct, respond and manage all calls coming into the call center, both externally and internally, including creating facilities maintenance work orders and submitting them to the proper maintenance Team. The individual may be required to issue reports and other paperwork associated with the types of calls received.

4. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT
Proficiency in one of the African Union working languages. Knowledge of one or several other working languages would be an added advantage.
5. TENURE OF APPOINTMENT
The appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract for a period of One (1) year, of which the first three (3) months will be considered as a probationary period. Thereafter, the contract could be renewable subject to satisfactory performance and fund availability.

8. REMUNERATION
The salary attached to the position is an annual lump-sum of US$ 15,296.15 inclusive of all allowances for locally recruited staff.
