Mkombozi Commercial Bank Plc established in 2009 as a full fledged commercial bank offers wide spectrum of banking services
The bank has embarked on- an expansion program of adding more branches. The bank is now desirous of getting able and qualified individuals to fill the following posts in its new branch at Moshi.
1. BRANCH MANAGER-ONE POST
Key responsibilities:
The Branch Manager will report to the Director of Operations at Head Office and will play a crucial role to support the Director
Operations in managing the branch activities in order to achieve the overall objective of the bank. Ensure that the banks policies are adequate and effective. Will be responsible for keeping the business and deposit base growing, ensuring that the bank gets more and more customers and attends outside sales meetings, creates a friendly environment in the branch that keeps both customers and employees happy, oversees the sales and operations on a daily basis, responsible for business development with small, medium- size and big organisations, managing the operations and support activities at the branch; including guiding, supporting, motivating and supervising the staff to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in all areas of branch operations.
The employment will be on permanent and pension able basis.
Qualification & experience required:
MBA, Bachelors Degree/Advanced Diploma in Business
Administration, Finance, Banking ,Accountancy or any related qualifications
CPA or Institute of Bankers diploma will be an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years working experience in banking industry in managerial position.
Strong evaluation ,communication and reporting skills
Highly computer literate.
First rate written and oral communication skills in both English and Swahili. '
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
Personal Attribute for all posts:
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Matured and self disciplined.
Strong Integrity base
