Coordinator Teller
REPORTS TO/ AND LlAISES WITH: Branch Administrator
Purpose Of The Position
The coordinator is a first line supervisor of frontline team members.
This involves the caring and growing of direct reports through providing means and ability and holding the team members account able for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining process standards. Adheres to Branch Banking values .
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: DiR!0ma
Preferred (Ideal) Qualification: An appropriate recognized business degree.
Experience
Previous experience as a Teller (12 months) is essential
Co-ordinator/team leader needs to have both teller and service experience (12 months for the agencies/portable).
KEY RESULTS AREAS
Deal with customer issues from frontline team members to prevent complaints from escalating.
Approve, validate, verify, check and authorize Frontline activities
Pro-active management of errors and differences
Coach the tellers to achieve competence against all key result areas required.
Ensure frontline team members have the appropriate means and abilities
Hold team members' accountable through performance management
