POSITION : Customer Sales and Service Representative
REPORTS TO/ AND LlAISES WITH : Frontline Coordinator
LOCATION :Mwanza
Purpose Of The Position
To provide the customers with excellent service by ensuring that they are served promptly, understanding their needs correctly and processing their requests efficiently according to Golden rules provides service related assistance to customers. Role includes all aspects of customer service such as information Changes on customer profiles, account queries customer complaints etc. Adhere to branch Banking values
JOB REQUIREMENTS .
Preferred (ideal)Qualification:
An appropriate recognized business degree from a respectable organization
1-2 years work related experience
Engage with customers in a professional way as specified in the service standards
Correct and error free 'execution of service requests (account information, value adds,access mechanism and account maintenance
KEY RESULTS AREAS
The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Exceeding the clients services needs
Provide proper and correct product information
Build and Maintain enduring and rewarding relationships with customers
Process the Customers requests in an efficient and Caring Way
Cross selling FNB products
Other assigned duties
