WWF-Cambodia is looking for a qualified candidate for Consultant for Private Sector Engagement.
1-The development and implementation of sustainable financing mechanisms for protected area with the participation of the private sector.
2-The establishment of strategies to address private sector impacts on the EPL, which could include engagement for transformation, campaigns, policy interventions, harnessing network expertise and collaboration across global chains of custodies.
What you need:
•MSc in Business, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental Economics, Environmental Management, Natural Resource Management, Political Science, or other relevant discipline;
•5 years relevant work experience
•Experience working in Cambodia and personal network
•Understanding of conservation, economics and natural resource management issues in Cambodia.
•Demonstrated knowledge of CSR concepts
•Experience in coordinating/working with diverse international teams in multicultural environment;
•Experience in engaging with high-level government officials and private sector top management;
•Fluency in written and spoken English, Khmer an advantage;
•Proficiency in MS Office.

The Private sector engagement consultant, under the guidance of the EU Project Manager of WWF Cambodia, will implement and manage the private sector engagement strategy of the WWF Cambodia project “Sustaining Biodiversity, Environmental and Social Benefits in the Eastern Plain Landscape” and has for final objectives:1-The development and implementation of sustainable financing mechanisms for protected area with the participation of the private sector.
