Sandvik Materials Technology is looking for a
Field Sales Representative
- Europe Flexible-
Your Responsibilities:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will support development of new sales opportunities and optimize existing accounts to increase product market share and new product introduction. Your primary responsibilities will be to present, sell, and grow the business for Sandvik products and/or services to new and/or existing customers based on the guidelines provided by SMT sales and marketing management. This role will cover the European territory and can be based anywhere in Europe.
Additionally, the Field Sales Representative will:
  • Direct the sales and marketing activities for Sandvik Palm Coast medical products in the EMEA Sales Region
  • Act as liaison between the market place and Sandvik Palm Coast
  • Interface with regional Sandvik sales and business development resources to support sales of SPC products
  • Give customer support and is responsible for sales growth
  • Be responsible to increase customer relationships and support sales by attending trade shows and working in conjunction with Market Service sales staff and other regional Sandvik Sales and Marketing resources
  • Be responsible for creating and updating customer application cards
Your Profile:
The Field Sales Representative must have knowledge of:
  • Processes, tools, techniques and theory behind selling the organization's products or services
  • The tasks, tools and procedures associated with supporting the sales plan and process
  • The practices, tasks, and tools associated with providing service and support to key customers
And the ability to:
  • Coordinate multiple and diverse options for selling organization's products and services
  • Utilize organization's sales information systems
  • Use diverse tools, tactics and techniques to persuade others to perform a desired action
  • Emphasis on market development
