International Programmes Department is responsible for the overall running and management of Development programmes and Field Offices in five distinct regions: South Asia, Africa, South East Asia, the Middle East and Europe. This includes providing leadership and strategic direction, programme design, monitoring, evaluation and resource mobilisation for Muslim Aid’s Development partners and Field Offices.
You will responsible for coordinating the development programmes for designated country field offices. You will review project proposals and prepare them for submission to relevant committees. You will provide technical support as well as review budgets and project-related documentation including completion reports. You will carry out monitoring and evaluation to ensure objectives of country programme are met.
You must be educated to degree or equivalent and have proven experience of project management, administration and monitoring and evaluation as well as competence in financial management. You must also have experience planning and organising conflicting workloads and working out competing priorities. You will be IT literate, have good interpersonal and communication skills and be a team player.
