Are you a strong team player? Are you known for your outstanding customer service skills? As Chauffeur to the Policy Review Staff (PRS) office, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a vehicle fleet of five official vehicles to include licensing, registration, permits, insurance and all routine and emergency maintenance.
In the course of your duties, you will interact with a wide range of personnel, transporting VIPs and USG officials to various destinations to include the Embassy and UK airports. As such, we are in search of a new team member who is at ease greeting customers with confidence and has a strong knowledge of London, the local area and the airports.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

EDUCATION:Completion of secondary school education is required.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience as a professional driver and administrative office experience is required.
LANGUAGE:Level III good working knowledge of written and spoken English is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:Good working knowledge of London streets and UK Government locations is required. Knowledge in using GPs, UK motor regulations is required. Basic knowledge of vehicle safety is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Excellent driving skills are required. Good oral communication, interpersonal and customer care skills are required. Ability to work as part of a team is required. Good problem solving skills in driving role are required. Ability to maintain accurate administrative records is requiredMust be able to work a flexible schedule to include mornings, evenings and weekends. A current full (manual) UK/EU/EEA driver’s license is required. Must be successful in obtaining a security clearance. The successful candidate must be in possession of a credit card on appointment to the position.
