Sandvik Mining & Rock Technology in Hyderabad, is looking for a
Executive Administrations & Operations
Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a leading global supplier of equipment, tools, service, and technical solutions for the mining industry. The product offering covers rock drilling, rock cutting, rock crushing, loading and hauling and materials handling.
Scope:
To be responsible for managing the entire office administration/facility in line with the prevailing business practice by adherence to Sandvik Policy
Key performance areas:
- Ensure all employees are provided with a safe and healthy working condition.
- Looking after the entire administration of Hyderabad Office.
- Looking after the car booking and hotel booking of Hyderabad office and other sites.
- Looking after the external bookings and FRO related matter if any.
- Facilitating and co-ordination of joining formalities for the new employees.
- Implementation/monitoring of statutory norms and documentation/agreements of office and other sites for numerous jobs in liaison with Legal, HR/IR Departments and external customer like Government Institutions and Third Party.
- Looking after the movement of inward and outward material from Hyderabad Office.
- Monitoring and maintaining the capital and IT assets at Hyderabad office.
- Co-ordination with the existing supplier for various services. Identifying and developing proper supplier for procurement by maintaining proper purchase procedures also monitoring and creation of PR and in turn generation of PO in co-ordination with concerned department.
- Co-ordination with Security and Housekeeping on day to day basis.
- Entering proper records in the system for creation of GRN, processing the bills and facilitating the payment of the supplier on time.
- Adherence to Cost savings in accordance with budget for office and sites.
- Provide support to all the nearby sites.
- Compilation of various reports, business reports, manpower and site related matters.
- Monitoring of Cost based on budget.

Your profile
- Graduate /Master Degree. Computer background will be an added advantage.
- At least having 7 years on job experience in similar role
