The global SMS IT organization, called BIO Office, has the responsibility to coordinate and control IT demand within SMS globally. The e-Business solutions function at SMS IT is now looking for an IT Process Manager, located in Sandviken, who embraces new technology and strong innovation and wants to be in the forefront of exploring new possibilities within e-Business.
Job Summary
As an IT Process Manager for e-Business, your overall mission is to manage and coordinate our global business demands within the area. In this role you transform business demands into IT change requests and are the coordinator between the business and IT delivery. You also coordinate and manage parts of the business areas' central Internet Business Platform (Tooling Internet Business Platform) that handles important Sales and Marketing tools and channels. By giving the end users the best functions and user experience in the market, you support the business in achieving our goals and you develop solutions in close cooperation with our IT delivery partners. In this role you also ensure the SMS IT architectural rules and guidelines are followed in new or extended solutions.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree within IT and extensive technology experience, preferably within SharePoint, e-Commerce, CMS, Search/SEO, Mobility and Cloud. We expect you to have a genuine interest in, and experience with e-business, as well as a thorough understanding of how the Internet supports business in various ways. You have strong skills within project management, carry out initiatives with an open mind from start to finish, are experienced in conducting analyses and have knowledge of agile development. Good understanding of Sandvik Machining Solutions is an advantage. As we act on the global stage, your communication skills in English are excellent, both verbally and in writing.
