IT Support Intern

You will support our Technical Division with the installation of our IT services as well as their customer follow-up service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the installation and the maintenance of our IT services: security, cloud computing, MFP, websites
• Carry out installations, maintenance and adjustment of IT office equipment
• Follow daily operations respecting schedules and processes
• Ensure the effective support of internal users and of customers in Belgium
• Participate in the quality analysis of products and services

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• You are able to work both individually and as a team player
• Service focused and good communication skills required
• Extraordinary accuracy in your work

Profile:

• Highly motivated and a strong team player
• Good customer orientation and willingness to travel across Belgium to customers
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• You are proactive and able to prioritize

Languages: Dutch and/or French. English is an advantage.
