  • Contract Period: at first limited to 2 years
As a (Senior) Fellow in the field of EU agricultural and soil policies...
you would provide key support to our team in the preparation of current projects with a particular focus on agriculture, soils and land use. In the medium term you would be expected to acquire and lead projects in this area with the goal of permanent employment.

Your work with us includes…
  • contribution to and coordination of German and European projects dealing with the evaluation of agricultural and soil policies as well as their environmental impacts.
  • development of policy recommendations and integration of evaluation results in other policy areas (e.g. water, climate mitigation and adaptation, implementation of SDGs).
  • project acquisition, management and controlling.
  • preparing project reports and scientific publications.
We expect from you…
  • a successfully completed Masters degree
  • (e.g. agricultural science or economics, geography, landscape planning).
  • at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the assessment of EU agricultural policy.
  • strong knowledge of CAP.
  • knowledge of other EU soil and land use policies is advantageous.
  • knowledge of monitoring and indicators is advantageous.
  • excellent analytical skills, as well as written and spoken German and English.
  • ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team.
  • ideally, experience in project acquisition and project management.
