IT Support

We are looking for a motivated, driven and experienced IT Specialist to support our IT department.

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure the installation and the maintenance of our solutions and services: security, cloud computing, websites …
• Directly interact with our customers over the phone and sometimes go to the customers themselves, which could be anywhere in Belgium. We expect that the highest level of customer support will always be provided and maintained.
• You are responsible for the installation, implementation, maintenance and adaptation of the internal IT infrastructure (servers, security, networking, client systems, storage systems).
• Together with your colleagues you will frequently analyse the quality of our solutions and services.

Desired Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• A good knowledge of the latest programming languages
• A mid to advanced-level understanding of Windows Server OS
• Previous experience in first and second level support (or system administrator) is an advantage
• Linux experience is also an advantage

Profile:

• Highly motivated and able to work both individually, as well as in a group
• Good customer orientation and willingness to travel across Belgium to customers
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• You are proactive and able to prioritize

Languages: Fluent Dutch and/or French
