Position based in Paris (Issy les Moulineaux

As part of the Training Division, you accompany our customers in product use Amadeus. From a dynamic temperament, you prepare and conduct training on Amadeus products.

As such :

• You run the training courses on products for our customers Amadeus (traditional classroom or virtual classroom). These courses are part of the standard catalog or were designed to measure.
• You develop new offerings / courses to the catalog in coordination with product teams.
• You participate in the writing business proposals and services tailor-madein coordinattion with the sales teams and in direct contact with customers.
• You value the offering to students and contribute to improve the quality of services up customer expectations.
• You work well in support of functional activities in charge of education, implementation and support of Amadeus products,
• You will lead training in the Paris region or province.

Requirements:

Higher education, you justify significant experience in training and have a very good product knowledge of Amadeus.

You are recognized for your teaching abilities and business. Your writing skills and organizational, your interpersonan skills and strength of proposal you will be up and running quickly.
