COOK/DEMI CHEF
AML GROUP-Kenya is inviting applications from qualified COOKS/DEMI CHEF to manage its staff mess.
QUALIFICATIONS
• MUST be Utalii college trained in food production.
• 3+ Years experience in Food production.
• Knowledge of preparation of vegetarian foods and Indian cuisines a PLUS.
• Resident of Mombasa-Preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting and preparation of diverse menus.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage, guide and supervise a team of other kitchen staff.
SALARY; Commensurate with experience.
