Human Dynamics thrives to lead the industry by creating innovative, value for money solutions rendering public administrations more effective in the global market place. As part of our continued expansion, and with new business coming on line Human Dynamics is looking to recruit, train and develop a new generation of business development managers to deal with its existing client base and to develop new ones.
MISSION
Based in Vienna, but with some travel and field missions in targeted countries, successful candidates will join the Public Management and Good Governance Unit within the Business Development Department. The Unit manages projects in fields related to rule of law strengthening, public administration reform, civil society development, health management and vocational educational training.
The candidate will rapidly gain responsibility to manage the different tender phases (identification, forecast, tender preparation) and will be responsible for producing high quality offers in a challenging, highly competitive and dynamic environment.
Strong capacity to gather business intelligence, build networks, develop innovative approaches, mobilise expertise and coordinate complex processes under pressure and tight deadlines are essential qualities for this position.
REQUIREMENTS
You will have a sharp intellect and first class academic record, ideally a top level degree from a top level University in fields related to international relations, law, economic development and/or political sciences.
Previous work experience in an international environment, within an international organisation or leading corporation (1 or 2 years).
You will need to show imagination, creativity and drive to generate new business with the persuasive skills to influence at the highest level. Ability to engage and negotiate with a wide scope of senior business partners and top industry specialist clients across different cultures is essential.
Fluency and excellent drafting skills English is essential. Excellent command of French or Spanish is also required.
