Senior Governance Secretary , Tshwane North College

Tshwane North College (TNC) for FET would like to invite suitably qualified, innovative, resultsorientated
and self-driven candidates to apply for the following position:


Senior Governance Secretary (College Council Employee)
(Ref. TNC/CO/12-07/01)
1-year renewable contract - salary negotiable



Requirements: • A relevant legal secretarial qualification plus at least 3 years’ appropriate experience
• Outstanding, high-level administrative, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills • High-level
computer literacy • A valid driver’s licence, since the successful candidate will be required to work after normal
working hours.



Duties: • Provide high-level general and legal administrative/secretarial support to the College Council
(typing, enquiries, general administration, etc) • Draft and prepare high-level professional business
correspondence accurately and timeously and in accordance with the specific need for which the document is
required (minutes, reports, statistics, presentations, etc) • Manage the document registry to and from the
College Council • Assist with the planning and organisation of meetings, workshops, etc • Communicate at a
high level with internal and external stakeholders and provide prompt feedback
