The Human Resources Manager reports to the Director of Human Resources aQf1 has overall responsibility of performing the corporation's human resources functions include planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations, and human resources policies, processes and practices.
Specific duties include:
Prepare and execute process of recruitment, motivation and retention of high quality staff. Forecasting the Human Resources requirements and planning.
Advice and support Management in the preparation and implementation of the Human Resources policies, and procedures. Provide technical advice to line managers in employment and labour relations.
Advice Management in the design of jobs reviews of organization structure and management of corporate culture.
Advice management on employee relations, disciplinary matters and managing programs focusing on workers participation, maximize staff commitment and minimize staff grievances.
Qualifications, experience and attributes required;
The applicants should be a Tanzania National who possesses the following qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.
A Master degree in management field is an added advantage.
Eight (8) or more years working experience in Human Resources with at least 4 years in a similar or senior position in large organization
With excellent communication skills both in Kiswahili and English, and interpersonal skills,
Good knowledge of Labor Laws and industrial relations
Good analytical skills, interpersonal and leadership skills including problem solving.
Knowledge of HR systems and tools
Computer skills is essential
