International Fundraising Analyst & Market Insight Manager
SALARY: £43,239 – 46,291pa
LOCATION: Preferably London based

If you have what it takes to provide the fundraising analysis and market insight we need to guide improvements to our international fundraising, come and help us build a fair and just world where everyone can claim their rights.
ActionAid works with local people in more than 45 countries to fight hunger and disease, seek justice and education for women, hold companies and governments to account and help communities cope with emergencies.
As a member of our International Directorate, you’ll support our fundraising programmes by ensuring our performance analysis and reporting is as effective as possible across the whole of our organisation, and provide the market insight required to guide organisational decisions, plans and investment.
Furthermore you will provide strategic and technical advice as well as capacity-building support to ActionAid International’s fundraising members. You’ll also manage the allocation aspect of our child sponsorship programme, ensuring that we meet the needs of supporters in our different markets whilst ensuring that the appropriate income flows to our country programmes.
As a successful fundraising manager or data analyst with a professional marketing related qualification, you’re skilled at analysing financial and/or fundraising performance across a broad range of products, channels and income streams.
You know how to prepare forecasts and budgets, and develop systems that will improve our understanding of fundraising performance. You’re also used to raising the performance of others through coaching and mentoring.
You are able to draw insights and recommendations from complex data and present them in a way which is accessible and inspiring for senior management.
Fluent in English and willing to travel, you’re sure to have a strong influence on our ability to make a difference to some of the most vulnerable people in the world.
