Purpose of the job: Managing and record keeping of hard copy and electronic documentation in the SAP and Engineering environment, to ensure the accurate, consistent and timely availability of Master Data and Documentation in SAP.
Required outputs: Functional: -To ensure that a standardized, effective and efficient system is in place to keep record of all documents. -To ensure documentation adheres to Sasol Specifications. -Develop and maintain regular contact with the various engineering contractors and plant to ensure that the best practices are applied and standard procedures are followed. -Assist engineering contractors/plant personal with related documents queries. -To assist and provide information and training on Quality checks to be done on documentation received. -To maintain and develop relationships with various contractors/business units. -To accurately capture documentation into SAP. -Perform general administration duties. -To ensure that engineering contractors and business units follow and understand the process flows of engineering documentation. -Manage performance and development of the Team.
