Global social media & communication manager , Luxembourg

We are currently looking for a Global Social Media & Communication Manager to join a global internal communication team in Luxembourg. This position requires experience in leading and animating an online community in a multi-lingual environment.

As a Global Social Media & Communication Manager, you will have to:

  • Manage and animate a global internal social network
  • Coordinate, train & support local operations in Africa and Latin America to use & animate of such a tool
  • Define social medias policy
  • Use social medias channels to reinforce employer brand internally & externally
  • Create & animate an external global employee blog
  • Coordinate the creation of Global Intranet
  • Source & leverage internal stories
  • Support the global internal communication team on specific global projects

Desired Skills & Experience

Your Education and Background

  • Master’s degree with 4-5 years experience in internal communication and social media including blogging
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (French is a real plus)
  • Experience in implementing & managing Enterprise social network
  • Previous experience in telecom or technology industry is a plus
