Research Associate - Poverty Reduction Support Facility - AusAID
Poverty Reduction Support Facility (PRSF) is a joint facility between AusAID and the Government of Indonesia to improve the quality of policy advice for poverty programs in Indonesia. The Facility is managed by GRM International on behalf of AusAID.
The PRSF, is seeking highly qualified candidates for the position of Research Associate. Your main responsibilities include:
1. Designing survey questionnaires, conducting qualitative research, running pilot exercise, refining study design and surveying instruments
2. Oversee the implementation of the evaluation in accordance to the research design in association with our partner organization
3. Maintain relationship with partner organizations at both headquarters and field levels
4. Supervise data collection and data-entry and ensure the good quality of the data at each of these 2 stages
You will ideally demonstrate:
- A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in economics, social sciences, public policy, or related fields.
- Previous experience in development research preferred
- Excellent management and organizational skills along with strong quantitative skills
- Fluency and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Work authorization in Indonesia (either by being an Indonesian national or otherwise)
