Short Term Research Analyst - Poverty Reduction Support Facility - AusAID

Poverty Reduction Support Facility (PRSF) is a joint facility between AusAID and the Government of Indonesia to improve the quality of policy advice for poverty programs in Indonesia. The Facility is managed by GRM International on behalf of AusAID.

The PRSF, is seeking highly qualified candidates for the position of Short Term Research Analyst. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Assist the cluster 1 working group with various data and analysis related works

2. Assists the cluster 1 working group in compiling policy relevant data sets including the translation of questionnaires from Indonesian language to English

3. Assist the cluster 1 working group with studies on various social assistance programs

4. Conduct literature study on international experience in social assistance

5. Prepare relevant tables, graphs, charts, briefings and presentation related to data analysis and research reports

You will ideally demonstrate:

1. Current postgraduate degree student in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, Demography, International Development or related area
2. Limited previous work experience – recent research experience and interest in developing a further career in international development.
3. Technical Skills including Quantitative Analysis, Economics & MsOffice
