The United Nations Of ce of Legal Affairs is looking for an energetic and experienced Director who will be responsible for facilitating the progressive development of international law and its codication in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations.

Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in law or related area. A doctorate with a published thesis is highly desirable.

Work experience: A minimum of fiteen years of progressively responsible experience in public international law as well as a thorough understanding of the UN system is required.
