Country Director Integrity Juba, South Sudan

Scope of Work:
You will drive all business and project development and oversee the delivery of projects within South Sudan. You will provide leadership, support and oversight for the Integrity team in country and all visiting staff and consultants. You will act as an ethical and professional ambassador for Integrity representing the organisation both nationally and internationally in the context of our South Sudan work.
Terms of Reference:

The Country Director will:
1. Manage the in-country team, office finances and property;
2. Support the Integrity management team through the local coordination, security, logistics and local client management of all projects delivered in country;
3. Expand Integrity’s client base and project portfolio in South Sudan through targeted project and business development and the maintenance of key client relationships;
4. Grow and maintain Integrity’s South Sudan research networks, and bench of national and regional consultants.

Qualifications: Education and Experience
The candidate will have:
1. A master’s degree in international development, international relations, business administration or a related discipline;
2. A minimum of 2 year’s experience of project and personnel management;
3. A minimum of 2 year’s experience working and living abroad in a challenging environment;
4. Demonstrable experience managing budgets, project based finances and basic book-keeping tools;
5. Experience working with local counterparts in challenging foreign environments;
6. Experience working in insecure environments including managing security for project staff.

8. Demonstrate personal commitment, flexibility and efficiency.
Languages
1. Written and oral fluency in English;
2. Competency in Arabic and /or local African languages is desirable.
