Description

FINCA is a pioneer in providing microfinance products and services including credit, savings and money transfers to the lowest income entrepreneurs. In support of it's strategy goals, FINCA International is in the process of standardizing its core banking platform on Oracle's FLEXCUBE Retail system and seeks an experienced Regional Core Banking Program Manager to oversee its multi year Core Banking conversion projects throughout Latin America.
The Regional Core Banking Program Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementation, execution, supervision, and control of all steps of the FLEXCUBE Core Banking conversion projects throughout FINCA's subsidiaries in Latin America, including conversions in Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, and Nicaragua.

•Fluency in Spanish and in English
•Ability to travel 75% - 90% of the time
•Experience with FLEXCUBE implementation or other large, complex Enterprise Resource Planning systems implementation in the Latin America region
•Experience with Financial Services
•Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills of English and Spanish Languages; The ability to present information and ideas clearly and concisely
•Strong problem solving and communication skills across all levels of the business. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
•Thrives well under pressure and is a creative and diligent problem solver
•Strong leadership skills with proven capacity to direct, to influence and to motivate the team under management
•Excellent capacity to persuade others and promote understanding and consensus
•Proven success in contributing to a team oriented environment.
•Proven ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks
•A hard working self-starter with initiative and ability to set own priorities
•Over 5 years of experience in project management of technical projects, preferably with experience in implementation of banking software packages.
The following would be considered to be a plus
•Projects Management Certification (Project Management Professional Certification)
•MBA and studies in Financial Services
