Supply Chain Management Specialist
(3-year renewable contract position)

The NRF seeks to ensure excellence in all that it does and to this end the Corporate Finance unit invites applications from suitably qualified persons charged with the responsibility to provide strategic enterprise leadership that will transform the SCM function into a world-class standard through strategic sourcing, the design and implementation of appropriate systems, processes, policies, guidelines and human capacity development. This will ensure the appropriate balance between compliance with SCM legislation, internal control best practices and a diverse range of business requirements.

Key and desirable requirements include: • A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of balancing business needs, SCM legislation and internal control best practices demonstrated by a track record of successful SCM transformation implementation • An influential, turnaround leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an understanding of different procurement modalities.
