SALES MANAGER Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Reports to: Managing Director

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the company’s area Service Sales.
· Assure that the sales organisation remains effectively in place and contribute to sales team development, team spirit and the high performance culture.
· Lead the Sales-team and motivate people.
· Define strategic sales targets.
· Expand the company’s market-presence, identify new business opportunities
· Responsible for sales-volume, cost and margin
· Pro-active approach to structuring and developing the Sales team.
· Mentoring and coaching individuals as well as the team.
· International cooperation with other regional Sales Management Teams.
· Create the Sales budgets and review them regularly.
· Customer visits with account managers
· Create, implement and follow-up action-plans and Marketing plans.
· Set targets for sales-team members; monitor them as well as the targets.
· Follow up of the CROL.
· Responsible for proper actions and follow up on development discussions.
· Close cooperation with the Field Service organisation in the area.
· Contributing to further development of the FS and Workshop

Education:

· Higher education in Engineering or economy with experience in technical solutions

Minimum of 5 years leadership and managerial exposure
