We are seeking an academically and professionally qualified individual, with extensive practical management and leadership experience in positions of responsibility outside the educational environment, who now wishes to share this knowledge with our students by way of teaching and applied research through the following Professorship

Available from Summer Semester 2014 or later in the:

Main duties will include preparing and teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the fields of International Management. Since the language of instruction is English, applicants should be native speakers or equivalent. The successful candidate must hold a doctorate degree in management or related fields and have at least three years of professional extra-university experience. Effective teaching skills as documented by a post graduate degree in education and the ability to present complex scientific concepts comprehensibly are essential premises. The applicant should be a team player with excellent communication, cooperative and organizational skills and be able to work independently and think analytically. The successful candidate will have previous teaching experience at university level. Candidates may be required to demonstrate their teaching ability by means of trial courses. Candidates will have experience working in international academic environments and shall be familiar with the processes of internationalization in institutions of higher education. A record of publications in the area of international management and education will provide meaningful support to the application.
